We have two codes that we use with unavailable products:
"Sold out": the product is permanently out of stock and will not be restocked again.
"Unavailable": the product is in the process of being restocked

A "track and trace code" allows you to track the delivery of your parcel.

You will receive an email once your order has been confirmed.
We have a ready-to-wear collection as well as made to order.
Our made to order items will take between 2-4 weeks to be send as they are all hand-sewed.
All ready-to-wear orders that we confirm on working days, Monday through Friday, will be processed and shipped the next working day. Orders that are being placed on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays will be confirmed, processed and shipped the next working day.

During the payment process, the padlock symbol will appear in your browser to confirm that your connection is encrypted and secure. Authorization servers are then consulted in order to verify the payment data and combat abuse and fraud. SSL encryption technology ensures the security of the data that you enter during the banking transaction.
All transactions on the maui-studios.com website take place in EUR€. We accept the following payment methods: iDEAL, all credit cards, Apple Pay, as well as Paypal.
When using money transfer, we send your parcel only after receiving payment.
Once your order has been confirmed, if you want to change the shipping address, please contact Maui Studios as soon as possible, by e-mailing your request to email@example.com, although we will do our best, we cannot guarantee that such requests can be taken into account.

For Ready-to-Wear, the products cannot be returned if they are incomplete, damaged, soiled, or if they have been worn. Refunds will only be issued in the same form as payment and shipping costs are non-refundable. For multiple product orders that are being returned, we kindly ask that all is to be returned in one consolidated package. Please email email@example.com and request a Return Label within 7 days of receiving your order that you can attach to your package.
To return a product, you first need to obtain a Return Label by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
Request a Return Label and state the item you want to return, state reason for the return.
Print the Return Label.
Put the Return Label in the parcel.
Send the parcel to the address shown on the return label.
For all problems with our products such as damaged goods, defective products or products missing please contact us by sending an email to email@example.com.
If you want to exchange your product, you must request a refund, and then place another order.
The time limit is 7 days from the day your order is received (you have 7 days from day of purchase to request a return. From day of request – product must be returned within 7 days), counting from the day you ask for a return.
You will then be refunded for the returned products. Please note, Maui does not offer refunds on shipment charges for returns.
For international shipments we request you to use UPS. If you request the return within the 7 days of receiving the parcel, Maui Studios will refund return shipping charges. Once the request is authorized and you have shipped the parcel, please let us know the shipping costs by sending the bill, since costs may vary.
The refund will take place on the day the parcel with your product has been received and its content confirmed. You will receive an email confirming the refund. If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email as soon as possible to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will try our hardest to accommodate your request, however, once an order has been processed for shipment we are unable to modify or cancel the order for any reason. In this case, please refer to our return policy and return your purchase once you have received it.
